Pre orders

When an order is placed it is put on a waiting list until the ordered items become available.

The current wait time is shown on the home page and product pages.

This is only an estimated timescale based upon the amount of outstanding orders.

It is possible that the order could be ready sooner than this due to cancellations. 

Payment

Payment is not required until the order is ready to ship, then a notification email will be sent with a link. This link will be to either PayPal or a credit / debit card processor, depending upon which option was selected at checkout.

Cancellation

If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order at any time just email john@staytrem.com with the order number from the confirmation email.

Junk mail

Many orders are missed by the customer when a notification email is sent because these often go to the Junk Mail or Spam Mail box. To prevent this happening please add john@staytrem.com either to your Contacts or Safe Senders List.
